中药对山羊下颌骨牵张中新骨形成的影响

摘　　要：目的研究口服中药对山羊骨牵张中新骨形成和成熟的影响。方法选用16只健康山羊,随机分为两组。安装牵张器后实验组动物开始口服补骨中药每日一次,到试验结束。所有动物经过7天的延迟期以1mm/d的速度牵张加力10天。固定4周处死动物取下颌骨标本进行X光检查、组织学检查、组织计量学检查,结果进行t检验,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结果 X光检查中实验组新生骨组织X光阻射能力强于对照组。组织学显示,实验组的成熟骨质区域增大。骨计量结果实验组的成骨细胞数(OB.N)为282.69±39.41、骨小梁面积百分比(Tb.Ar%)为0.64±0.038,对照组成骨细胞数为170.84±12.06,骨小梁面积百分比为0.47±0.039,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药能有效地加速骨牵张中新生骨质的生成与成熟,提示在临床中可以缩短骨牵张的疗程。Objective Study the effect of oral Chinese herbal medicine on distraction osteogenesis in mandibles of goats.Methods Select 16 healthy goats and divide them into two groups.After installation of distracters,orally administer Chinese herbal medicine to the animals in experimental group once a day until the end of experiment.After the delay period of 7 days,all animals are subject to distraction treatment at 1mm/d for 10 days.After stabilization for 4 weeks,sacrifice all animals and remove the mandibles for X-ray examination,histological examination and histomorphological examination.Perform t-test on the results,P0.05 being as statistically significant.Results In X-ray examination,the X-ray blockage from new bones in experimental group is higher than that in control group.The histological examination result shows that the mature bones are larger in experimental group.According to histomorphological examination result,the osteoblast number（OBN）is 282.69±39.41 and the trabeculae area percentage（Tb Ar%） is 0.64±0.038 in experimental group,both significantly higher than those in control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine is efficacious to facilitate distraction osteogenesis and is indicated to speed up the distraction therapy.
