摘  要:介绍了自行开发和研制、具有自主知识产权的集远程控制、监测和设置为一体的煤矿井下液压支架电液自动控制系统。该系统实现了电液系统新型的无人值守监控模式,包括集控主机对井下液压支架进行远程单架控制和集中追机拉架的自动控制,地面计算机对井下液压支架进行远程遥测遥控,以及对端头控制器和间架控制器程序的在线升级,达到了煤矿井下工作面液压支架动作无人值守的目标。远程控制精度达到或超过进口系统的技术指标,填补了国内在此领域的应用空白。This article describes the research and development for electric and hydraulic con trol system of hydraulic support in underground with independent intellectual property rights, which combines network system setting control, monitoring and remote parameters setting as a whole. The system realized unmanned monitoring and control mode of electrohydraulic system, which includes the control on hydraulic support for remote single frame control and centralized chasing machine rack from the centralized control computer, remote telemetry and remote control from the surface computer and online upgrade for the program in the end controller and matrix controller. It reached the target of unattended action for coal mine working face hydraulic sup- port. The control precision reached or exceeded the technical indices of imported system, thus filling the domestic blank in this field.
