摘 要:针对渤海油田大斜度大位移井钻井过程中由于岩屑床的存在而导致起钻阻卡的问题,提出了采用低粘高切阳离子体系增加对岩屑床的冲刷以提高携岩效果。通过对渤海油田常用聚合物的性能测试,选择了用于流变性控制的聚合物,采用小分子量阳离子CPI适度控制体系的抑制性,实现了体系的平衡抑制和流变性的稳定调控。现场测试结果表明,该体系的应用大幅减轻了起下钻过程中钻具的阻卡,钻井时效得到较大的提高。In this paper,according to the drill sticking during the drilling process because of the existence of the debris bed on the highly sloping and highly deviated wells in Bohai Oilfield,a cation system with low viscos- ity and high shear was made to increase the erosion of the debris bed in order to improve the efficiency of porta- bility rock. Through the performance test for the polymers commonly used in Bohai Oilfield,a polymer was se- lected for rheology control,and the small molecular weight cation CPI was selected to control the inhibitory of system moderatly,so the balance inhibition of the system and its rheological could be stably controlled. The field test results showed that, the application of this system significantly reduced the drill sticking in the drilling process ,and greatly improved the drilling prescription.
