摘　　要：针对仪器状态转换图对测试软件运行时间产生的影响,以NI6221数据采集卡为例,讨论了仪器状态转换图的获取方法,分析了仪器状态转换图对软件运行时间影响的作用机理,提出了通过仪器状态转换图改善软件运行时间的方法,提高了测试效率和准确性,对武器系统测试具有一定的参考价值。State changes diagram of instruments has a great impact on the running time and test results of TPS. Take the NI 6221 data acquisition card for example, the approach to get the state cahnges diagram of instruments is discussed in this paper. The impact on the state changes diagram on running time and test result is analyzed, and the key problems which should be pay attention to are proposed in this paper. Finally, from the point of test software, the method to improve state changes diagram is proposed, and it has some reference value for weapen test system.
