CDIC种植体联合磁性固位覆盖义齿病人的护理

摘　　要：[目的]探讨CDIC种植体联合磁性附着体制作种植覆盖义齿修复牙列缺失病人的护理。[方法]选取8例行CDIC组合式骨内结合种植体支持,磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复的病人进行术前、术中及术后的专科护理,并对义齿的固位、咀嚼功能和使用情况进行2年随访观察。[结果]17枚种植体修复前均达到骨结合,义齿稳定,咀嚼功能、容貌改善明显。[结论]优质的护理工作对CDIC种植体联合磁性固位覆盖义齿修复牙列缺失起到重要的作用。Objective：To probe into the nursing care of edentulous patients repaired with planting overdenture made by CDIC implants combined with magnetic attachment. Methods： A total of 8 cases of edentulous patients were selected, and they were repaired with the CDIC combined bone corn bination implant - supported and the magnetic attachment coverage denture, then the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative specialist care was carried out for them. The retention, chewing function and use of denture were followed up for 2 years. Results： all 17 implants got to osseointegration, and the dentures were stable, chewing function and appearance were improved significantly. Conclusion： High quality of nursing work play an important role in the CDIC implant combined with magnetic overdentures for repairing edentulous.
