盐酸芦氟沙星片治疗各种感染的临床研究

摘　　要：本研究采用武汉滨湖制药厂研制的盐酸芦氟沙星片治疗细菌性感染 5 0例 ,其中呼吸道感染 17例 ,泌尿系统感染 15例 ,其他感染 18例。临床痊愈率和有效率为 6 4 0 0 %和 90 0 0 %。共分离出病原菌 44株 ,以病原菌进行疗效统计 ,痊愈率和有效率分别为 5 9 1%和 88 6 % ,病原菌清除率为 88 6 4%。临床分离菌对芦氟沙星、洛美沙星、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星敏感率分别为 10 0 % ,94 4% ,94 4% ,86 11% ,葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌对芦氟沙星的高敏感率为 80 0 0 %、 10 0 %和 0 / 2。不良反应主要为恶心、轻度呕吐 ,兴奋失眠 ,勿需治疗 ,可自行消退 ,不良反应发生率为 14 0 0 %。以上说明盐酸芦氟沙星是一种抗菌活性强 。patients with various of infections were treated with the domestic rufloxacin hydrochloride tablet which was manufactured by Wu Han Bing Hu pharmaceutic factory once daily.There were 17 patients with respiratory infection,15 patients with urinary infection,18 patients with other infections.The dinical cure rate and effective rate were 64 00% and 90 00%,The eliminae rate of pathogens was 88 64%.The rates of sensitivity of these bacteria to rufloxacin,lomefloxacin,ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin were 100%,94 4%,94 4% and 86 11%.The high degree of susceptibility rate of staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa to rufloxacin were 80 00%,100% and 0/2.The main adverse reactions were nausea,light vomiting,exciting.insomnia.Most of there reactions need not be treated and may disappear automatically.The rate of adverse reactions was 14 00%.From there results ,the domestic rufloxacin is a kind of good active agents against bacteria.It is safe and effective to treat mild and mediate bacteria infections.
