试议高校图书馆的改建与再利用

摘　　要：通过旧建筑物改建这一途径,可以实现建筑物整个生命周期的全程再利用,尽量减轻人类建设对环境的污染和资源的浪费,挖掘旧建筑物新的价值。对太原理工大学原有图书馆的改建与再利用进行了讨论,呼吁尽快制定相应的图书馆评估系统。The reconstruction of old buildings may realize the reuse of their life cycles, reduce the waste of resources and the pollution to the environment caused by the human construction and development their new values. The paper probes into the reconstruction and reuse of the library of Taiyuan University of Technology, calling for corresponding system of library evaluation.
