摘　　要：通过几年的探索,煤炭可持续发展基金的征收使用管理工作不断完善,但市县两级煤炭可持续发展基金使用管理无论从制度建设、具体项目的立项论证,还是预算的编制及预算的执行,都存在诸多问题,亟须规范和完善。After many years of exploration, the management of the collection and use of the sustainable development fund of coal is improving, but there are many problems in the management in municipal and county levels in system construction, demonstration of specific projects and budget planning and implementation, which needs standardization and perfection.
