摘　　要：阐述了5℃水在PVC生产环节中的应用及5℃水的生产工艺流程,探讨了冬春季用闭路循环水代替5℃水,夏季利用反应热,在5℃水领域节能节资的具体方案和效果。The paper explains the application of 5 ℃ water in the production of PVC and the production process and discusses some specific plans and effects of energy and cost saving in the field of 5 ℃ water by replacing 5 ℃ water with closed-loop circulating water in the winter and utilizing reaction heat in the summer.
