磁极针对脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度和中医证候积分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察磁极针疗法对脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度和中医证候积分的影响。方法:80例适宜患者按数字随机分为两组,各40例,均在偏瘫患侧取穴:肩髃、曲池、外关、合谷、血海、足三里、丰隆、三阴交、太冲,治疗组选用"三元牌"磁极针治疗,采用两针(N极针和S极针)相距0.2～0.3 cm对极针刺法治疗,对照组采用普通毫针治疗。均为每天1次,6次为1个疗程。结果:共治疗3个疗程后统计结果,两组神经功能缺损程度和中医证候积分较治疗前都有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:磁极针治疗脑卒中,在神经功能缺损程度和中医证候积分改善方面优于普通毫针组。Objective：To explore the effects of clinic nervous function damage score （NDS） and the integrals of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke with magnetic needle. Methods：Eighty pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. They were the experimental group and the control group. We punctured Jianyu （ LI15 ）, Quchi （ LI 11 ）, Waiguan （ SJ5 ）, Hegu （ LI4 ）, Xuehai （ SP 10）, Zusanli （ ST 36 ）, Fenglong （ ST 40 ）, Sanyinjiao （ SP 6 ） and Taichong （ LR 3 ） on the hemiplegia side. We adopted antipode acupuncture therapy with magnetic needles of Sanyuan brand in the experimental group. The method was that N magnetic pole needle was 0.2 - 0.3 cm apart from S magnetic pole needle at the same acupuncture point. We used common acupuncture therapy in the control group. Both groups were treated once a day and for 6 days. Results： The results were evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. The clinic NDS and the integrals of syndrome of TCM had an obvious improvement in the two groups before and after treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the difference was significant between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Antipode therapy with magnetic acupuncture is better than common acupuncture therapy for the improvements of the clinic NDS and the integrals of syndrome of TCM among stroke patients.
