背俞穴刺血疗法治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察背俞穴刺络放血疗法治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法:将就诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用背俞穴刺络放血疗法,对照组采用口服辛伐他汀片治疗,比较疗效。结果:治疗组治疗高脂血症在改善TC、TG及中医症候方面明显优于对照组。结论:背俞穴刺络放血可有效地治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症。Objective： To observe pricking blood at Back - Shu points therapy for phlegm and blood stasis type of Hyperlipidemia and study on the efficacy and its mechanism. Methods：Patients randomly were divided into treatment and control groups, Back -Shu acupoint pricking blood therapy was used in the treatment group, con- trol group was used oral Simvastatin tablets. Results ： Treatment group of hyperlipemia in improving TC, TG and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion：Pricking blood on Back -Shu points can be effective for treating phlegm and blood stasis type of Hyperlipidemia.
