拔罐疗法适宜病症初探

摘　　要：目的:了解拔罐疗法的适宜病症,以期为临床应用该疗法提供一定的参考。方法:采用回顾性期刊文献系列研究,通过检索中国知网中国期刊全文数据库(时间不限,检索至2011年12月)的拔罐疗法所有临床研究文献,统计拔罐疗法治疗疾病的文献频次、病例总数,采用循证医学的方法和原则把文献分类分级,根据世界卫生组织有关疾病和关于健康问题的国际统计分类(ICD10)把疾病分类,运用临床循证医学的原则与方法对文献进行简要分析。结果:检出有效文献3504篇,共计病例289195例,涉及19大类系统,363个病种。结论:拔罐疗法的适宜病症广,对腰部扭伤、痤疮、腰椎间盘突出症、面神经麻痹、痹病、哮喘、咳嗽、坐骨神经痛、颈椎病、痛证、感冒、落枕症有明显的优势,可以推荐临床应用。Objective：To understand the cupping therapy for disease, and for the clinical application of this therapy to provide certain reference. Methods：Adopt periodical literature series. Through the retrieval of all Clinical research literature about eutem therapy in CNKI （any time, search to December,2011 ）, state the liter- ature frequency and the number of cases about therapy in curing disease. Using the principle and method of EBM to classify and literatures. Classify Analyzing briefly literatures through the diseases according to diseases and healthy problems＇ICD10 of WHO. principle and method of EBM. Results：3504 effective literatures, total cases were 289195, involving 19 types＇ systems and 363 diseases. Conclusion：Therapy from the disease to the waist sprains, acne, prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, facial palsy, bi disease, asthma, cough, sciatica, cervical vertebra disease, pain syndrome, colds, and has an obvious advantage for the disease, which can be recommended in the clinical application.
