李瑞教授脾胃论治在针灸临床中的应用

摘　　要：本研究总结了李瑞教授20余年的针灸临床经验和特点,主要临床指导思想之一是注重脾胃的诊治,脾胃为气血生化之源、为气机升降之枢纽,是后天之本,李师在临床上根据脾胃的生理功能和两者之间的联系,从脾胃气机入手,对于纳运、升降和燥湿三方面,采用升脾阳、益脾气和强调通畅气机、调和脾胃的方法,具有较好的临床疗效,积累了丰富的临床经验。本研究总结和论述了李瑞教授在临床上以针灸论治脾胃的经验,体现了在针灸临床中从《内经》到后世历代诸家均重视脾胃在发病及辨证论治中的重要作用,以供广大同道借鉴。Objective： This article summarizes Professor LI Rui＇ s acupuncture clinical experience for more than twenty years. One of his clinical guided theory is on Spleen and Stomach. In TCM Spleen and Stomach are the source of Blood and Qi, the pivot of rising and falling of QI and the foundation of acquired constitution. Profes- sor LI has gained perfect clinical efficacy by ascending up Spleen Yang and Qi, regulating Spleen and Stomach and smoothing Qi which are based on the physiological function and the relationship between them. This article is trying to summarize and treat Professor Li＇ s theory on Spleen and Stomach which embodies the important con- cept of Yellow Emperor＇s internal classic and other famous TCM books in the following dynasties to give people engaged in acupuncture a reference.
