电针“内关穴”对急性心肌缺血家兔血小板活化因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针内关穴对急性心肌缺血家兔血小板活化因子(PAF)的影响。方法:结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,采用硝酸还原酶法及双抗夹心法检测急性心肌缺血家兔血清(血浆)中PAF含量的变化。结果:与正常组及假手术组比较,模型组电针内关穴后30min家兔血清中PAF含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:电针内关穴可以调节血清(血浆)中血小板活化因子(PAF)的含量,改善缺血心肌组织的损伤。Objective： To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point on serum platelet -activating factor （PAF） level in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia （AMI）. Methods： A rabbit model of AMI was established by ligation of anterior descending branch of left coronary artery. Nitrate reductase method and double - antibody sandwich enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay were used to measure the PAF levels in the AMI rabbits treated by eleetroacupuneture at Neiguan point as well as the rabbits in normal con- trol group and sham operation group. Results： As compared with the normal control group and sham operation group, the rabbits treated by electroacupuncture at Neiguan point showed significantly increased serum PAF levels at 30 min after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture at Neiguan point can adjust serum PAF level and reduce ischemic injury to myocardial tissue.
