中美桥门式起重机标准的比较研究

摘　　要：近年来我国起重机的事故率远高于美国,由此造成人们生命和财产损失,这对监督管理提出了更高的要求。文章从起重机标准化的角度出发,对美国的桥门式起重机标准的外部环境、结构、机构、电气设备、安全装置的要求与我国的相关标准进行比较,分析几种标准的关注点和差异性,以及对桥门式起重机安全性的影响,最后对桥门式起重机的安全监督和质量管理提出建议。The accident rate of crane here is much higher than in the US. Such accidents usual- ly lead to personal injury and property damage, which raise the bar for crane safety supervision management. The article began with crane standardization, compared the US standard of over- head crane with China＇s counterpart in terms of external environment, structure, mechanism, electrical device and safety equipment requirements. The focal points and the difference of these standards, as well as the impacts on safety of overhead cranes, were analyzed. Finally, the paper provided suggestions on safety monitoring and quality managements of overhead cranes.
