摘  要:WRKY转录因子是一类重要的调控分子,在高等植物中以基因家族的形式存在。本研究以森林草莓基因组数据为材料,利用生物信息学手段对WRKY转录因子进行全基因组鉴定与分析。结果表明,森林草莓至少有56个WRKY转录因子,蛋白序列长度为58~1982个氨基酸;基因组DNA全长1092~14227bp,具1~20个内含子。染色体定位结果表明,7条染色体上均有WRKY转录因子基因的分布,6号染色体上最多(17),1号染色体分布最少(1)。森林草莓WRKY转录因子可分为3大类,Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类的数量分别为10、34和12,它们处于进化树的不同分支。除保守的WRKYGQK和常见变异序列WRKYGKK外,新发现WKKYGQK、WRKSYFR等WRKY结构域类型。WRKY transcription factors function as important regulatory molecules,and belong to a gene family in higher plants.In this study,genome-wide identification and analysis of WRKY transcription factors in Fragaria vesca were performed with bioinformatic methods using genomic data.We identified 56 WRKY transcription factors with protein sequence length varying from 58 to 1982.Their full length genomic DNA were 1092~14227bp in size with 1~20 introns.Location analysis of WRKY genes indicated that they distributed in all 7 chromosomes with the most frequency in chromosome 6 and the fewest in chromosome 1.WRKY transcription factors can be divided into three major groups which located at different branches of the phylogenetic tree.The numbers of genes in groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 10,34 and 12,respectively.Some new types of WRKY domains,WKKYGQK and WRKSYFR,were indentified in addition to conserved WRKYGQK and WRKYGKK sequences.
