更昔洛韦联合自体血清在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨更昔洛韦联合自体血清对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法随机选择单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者36例,均为单眼发病,男20例,女16例,左22眼,右14眼,年龄20～60岁。上皮型6例,浅基质型22例,深基质型8例。随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组18眼应用更昔洛韦联合隔日自体血清球结膜下注射0.5mL治疗。对照组18眼应用普通药物治疗,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组视力提高明显优于对照组,有效率达94%。结论与其他治疗方法相比,更昔洛韦联合自体血清治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of ganciclovir combined with autologous serum in the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis. Methods Randomly select 36 cases with herpes simplex virus keratitis. Both were monocular involvement. Male were 20 cases among the patients, female were 16 cases, and left eyes were 22, right eyes were 14, the age ranged from 20 to 60. And the epithelial type had 6 cases, the light matrix type 22 cases, the deep-matrix-type 8 cases. They were randomly divided into the treatment and control group. 18 eyes of the treatment group were given ganciclovir combined with autologous serum by subconjunctival injection of 0.5ml, 18 eyes of the control group were given ordinary drug treatment. The efficacy after 3 courses were observed. Results Visual acuity improved in treatment group was superior to the control group, the effective rate was 94%. Conclusion Compared with other treatments, ganciclovir combined with autologous serum in the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis had notable curative effect.
