摘　　要：立足我国医疗卫生行业实际背景,以探究医院间战略协作联合发展机制为方向,创新性地提出了"资源转化→产品孵化→效益深化"三阶段概念模型,并以国内某医科大学附属医院为研究对象,通过调研统计分析,对运行机制进行深度挖掘,为实际工作提供了系统理论支持及直观数据参考。Based on domestic health service,this article attempted to explore the strategic cooperation joint development mechanism between hospitals for direction,and put forward the innovative 3-stage model：＂resources transform → incubation → benefit deepen＂.Taking medical university hospital for the study,through surveys and statistical analysis,the authors advised the operation mechanism of strategic cooperation joint development between hospitals should provide theoretical support and intuitive data reference for the actual work.
