摘 要:采用超声波处理多壁碳纳米管,配成修饰液后滴涂于玻碳电极表面制作成多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWNTs/GCE)。以循环伏安法研究了野黄芩苷在修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种电化学检测野黄芩苷的新方法。结果表明,在最佳条件下,野黄芩苷在4.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol.L-1浓度范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991。方法检出限为8.2×10-7mol.L-1(S/N=3)。连续测定4.0×10-5mol.L-1的野黄芩苷溶液,RSD为1.8%(n=11)。该方法已成功地应用于注射液和片剂中野黄芩苷的测定。The multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) modifide glassy carbon electrode was prepared by caoting MWNTs on a bare glassy carbon electrode.The MWNTs were treated with ultrasonics before caoted.The electrochemical behavior of scutellarin at this modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry in detail.Based on this,a new electrochemical method for the determination of scutellarin was established.Under the optimal conditions,the oxidation peak current showed a good linear relationship with scutellarin concentration in the range of 4.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L(R=0.9991) with a detection limit of 8.2×10-7 mol/L(S/N=3),and the RSD for 4.0×10-5 mol/L scutellarin solution was 1.8%(n=11).This method was successfully used in the determination of scutellarin in injection and tablets.
