摘　　要：通过免疫组织化学的方法 ,观察了用碳酸锂处理四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠 3周后的胰岛 B细胞的变化。结果显示 :碳酸锂对胰岛By the method of immunohistochemistry,effectof lithium carbonate on pancreas islet B cells was observed after 3 weeks of administration of lithium carbonate to diabetic rats induced by alloxan.The result showed that lithium carbonate did not restore and repair the damage of pancreas islet b cells.
