摘　　要：用原子吸收光谱分析法检测了模型组和正常组的主动脉组织中 Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg4种元素 ,结果表明模型组中 Zn、Cu、Ca均高于正常组 ,差异均有显著意义。Mg差异不显著。This paper reports detemination of Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg,Contents in the aortaes tissue by atom absorption spectrophotomety.The analtion results show that the Zn、Cu、Ca、contents in the atherosclerosis group is obvious highe than the normal group.through statistics analysis we found there was very signigicant difference between the two groups.Therefore,the atherosclerosis is related to Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg level.
