咳嗽变异型哮喘和儿童人格类型之间的相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨咳嗽变异型哮喘（CVA）儿童人格类型的特点，为CVA的防治提供个性化的治疗方案。方法由经过培训的专业人士使用龚耀先修订的儿童艾森克人格测试问卷（JEPQ）对65例CVA儿童（CVA组）和100例普通感冒儿童（对照组）进行测试，然后根据P、E、N、L维度T分的高低，评估和判断人格类型的倾向性。结果CVA组P、N、L维度T分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义[（48．84±10．26）分比（48．15±10．98）分、（50．31±10．49）分比（49．25±9．08）分、（47．07±9．31）分比（47．20±10．57）分]（P〉0．05），CVA组E维度T分显著低于对照组[（44．15±9．29）分I：L（50．25±8．63）分]，差异有统计学意义（P=0．000）。结论CVA儿童与哮喘儿童一样，属于内向敏感、易兴奋难自控、易受暗示、易形成条件反射的一种人格类型，故临床在药物治疗的同时，结合他们的人格类型给予适当的心理暗示和辅导是很有必要的，可以让药物治疗达到事半功倍之效果。Objective To explore the personality type characteristic of children with cough variant asthma（CVA）, so as to supply an individual treatment strategy. Methods With the aid of GONG Yao-xian revised Junior Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （JEPQ） by trained professionals, the personality of 65 cases of CVA children （CVA group） and 100 cases of common cold children （control group） was tested and evaluated. Then based on the dimension value P, E, N, L points of the curriculum, personality of orientation was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the P, N, L scores of JEPQ between CVA group and control group [ （48.84 ± 10.26） scores vs. （48.15 ± 10.98） scores, （50.31 ± 10.49） scores vs. （49.25 ± 9.08 ） scores, （47.07 ± 9.31 ） scores vs. （47.20 ±： 10.57 ） scores ] （P 〉 0.05 ）. The E score of JEPQ in CVA group was lower than that in control group [ （44.15 ± 9.29 ） scores vs. （ 50.25 ± 8.63 ） scores ], and there was significant difference （P = 0.000）. Conclusions The CVA children have introverted character, and there is a tendency to form a personality type of conditional reflex. When medicine is taking, the individual personality type should be taken into consideration during the course of therapy. Appropriate mental hints may be helpful for medical therapy and make it a lot easier.
