摘　　要：目的:研究维吾尔药薰鲁香甲醇提取物的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶、ODS等柱色谱及制备HPLC等方法分离纯化,运用现代谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从薰鲁香的甲醇提取物中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为17-羟基-28-去甲基齐墩果-12-烯-3,11-二酮(1)、3,11-二酮基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸(2)、齐墩果-12-烯-3,11-二酮(3)。结论:化合物1和2从漆树科中首次分离得到,化合物3从该植物中首次分离得到。Objective： To study chemical constituents of mastich. Methods： Compounds were separated by various column chromatography methods include silica gel, ODS column chromatographic and preparative HPLC methods. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic techniques. Results： Three compounds were isolated and identified as 17-hydroxy-28-norolean-12-ene-3, 11-dione （ 1 ）, 3, 11 -dioxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid （2）, olean-12-ene-3, 11-dione （3） . Conclusion： Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from family Anacardiaceae for the first time, compound 3 was isolated from mastich Pistacia lentiscus L. for the first time.
