摘  要:目的:考察蓝萼香茶菜不同部位蓝萼甲素的含量及最适采收期。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为岛津C18ODS,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速为0.9mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,于波长234nm条件下对样品中蓝萼甲素的含量进行测定。结果:以叶中蓝萼甲素含量最高,且7、8月份采集的叶中蓝萼甲素含量较高。结论:蓝萼香茶菜应在夏季采收,并以叶入药为宜。Objective: To study content of glaucocalyxin A in different part of Rabdosia japonica var. Glaucocalyx at different collected time and select the perfect time. Methods: HPLC was used to detect the content of glaucocalyxin A. HPLC separation was performed on Symmetry C18 column with a solvent system of methanol-water (60:40), The detection wavelength was 234 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. The column temperature was 25 ~C. Results: The content was the highest in leaves of Rabdosia japonica var which was collected in July and August. Conclusion: Rabdosia japonica var. Glaucocalyx's leaves should be collected at summer.
