摘　　要：目的 :比较阿莫西林可溶片和胶囊的人体生物利用度。方法 :12名志愿受试者交叉口服市售阿莫西林胶囊和可溶片 ,用 HPL C方法对阿莫西林可溶片进行生物利用度的考察。结果 :阿莫西林胶囊和可溶片的 cmax分别为 ( 7.30± 3.40 )和 ( 7.36±1.90 ) mg/ ml,tmax分别为 ( 1.2 5 8± 0 .436 )和 ( 1.0 5 4± 0 .32 1) h,Ke 分别为 ( 0 .714± 0 .2 14)和 ( 0 .70 1± 0 .2 72 ) h- 1 ,AUC分别为 ( 19.481± 0 .81)和 ( 2 0 .76 1± 0 .6 9) h· mg/ L。结论AIM: To study the bioavailability of amoxicillin soluble tablets. METHODS: Twelve healthy volunteers were randomly devided into 2 groups given orally amoxicilin soluble tablet and amoxicillin capsule. The serum levels of amoxicillin measured by highperformance liquid chromatogaphy (HPLC). The calculation of prarmacokinetic parameters were based on an one compartment model using a 3P87 computerized program. RESULTS: The c max were (736±190) and (730±340) mg/ml, the t max were (1258±0436) and (1054±0321) h, the K e were (0701±0272) and (0714±0214) h -1 , the AUC were (20761±1069) and (19481±081) h·mg/L. CONCLUSION: The bioavailability parameters of amoxicillin administered orally indicate that there is no significant difference between the soluble tablets and the capsules.
