摘　　要：大剧院建设长期由政府主导,投资效率低下,管理机制僵化,经营缺乏活力,成为财政负担,制约了城市文化事业和文化产业的发展。文章对比分析了大剧院建设的三种投融资模式,指出PPP模式有利于发挥参与方的各自优势,顺应了文化体制改革要求,应成为大剧院建设的主要模式。The investing and financing of theater development is usually dominated by public sectors, but that system gave rise to poor efficiency, weak competitiveness and fiscal burden and confined the development of culture industries. This paper makes comparative analysis of three ways of theater development and concludes that public private partnership should be the dominant pattern because it can give full play of the advantages of different participants and conform to the trend of cultural system reform.
