摘　　要：编目工作是图书馆文献资源控制的重要环节。从实际工作出发,针对图书馆的特点,分析了影响编目工作质量的主要因素及其相互关系,具体分析了编目过程中容易产生的不妥之处,并在理论和实践层面提出了图书馆编目过程中进行有效质量控制的对策。cataloguing work oflibrary literature resource is the important link of controlling. Embarks from the practical work, in view of the library＇s characteristic, analyzed the influence factors of the quality of cataloging work and its relationship to each other, specific analysis of the cataloging process to produce the wrong, and in theory and practice and put forward the library cataloging process for effective quality control measures.
