摘  要:为了提高办学水平,中外合作办学应坚持"国际化"的办学理念,确立"经济、社会效益兼顾"的合作办学观,充分利用中外合作办学在教育国际化前沿的优势,彰显多元文化育人的功能,聚合优质的国际化教育教学资源,完善国际化的教育教学体系,提高学生的跨文化学术能力和跨文化沟通交流能力。中外合作办学还应注重师资队伍建设,强化师资队伍管理,一是要按照国际化的要求严格教师准入标准;二是要对教师进行多元文化教育,丰富教师的多元文化素养,提高教师的国际化水平。To improve the educational level and meet the internationalized needs of education, in the Sino-foreign cooperation for running schools we should adhere to the educational philosophy of the "internationalization", establish the concept of the cooperative school-running which values both economic and social benefits, and make the best of the advantage of the educational internationalization in the Sino-foreign cooperation for running schools to highlight the multicultural educational function, aggregate the quality international educational resources, improve the interna- tional educational system and develop the cross-cultural academic ability of students and their cross-cultural commu- nication skills. The Sino-foreign cooperation for running schools we should focus on the development of teachers and strengthen the management of teachers, and on the one hand, the teachers must be strictly employed in accordance with the requirements of the internationalization; on the other hand, the teachers should be educated in a multicultural way, enriching their muhicultural accomplishment and improving their internationalized level.
