包容性增长视域下劳动力价值的理性回归

摘　　要：伴随着社会发展的进程,人们对于增长理念的认识逐步深入,针对现实发展中存在的问题,包容性增长理念应运而生。实现权利机会的平等、收入分配的公平,不仅为包容性增长铺平了道路,也为劳动力价值的理性回归奠定了基础。在经济持续健康增长的前提下,以公平合理的制度为保障,通过就业、教育、社会保障的多管齐下,经济社会发展成果将逐渐惠及全体民众,劳动者获取的劳动力价值不仅同其自身劳动相符,也同社会发展趋势相一致。With the process of social development, people have gradually the deepening understanding about the growth concept. According to the problem in real development, the concept of inclusive growth emerges as the time require. Through the realization of the equality of right and opportunity, the fair of income distribution, it is not only paves the way for inclusive growth, but also laid the foundation for the rational regression of labor force＇ s value. Under the premise that economic will be continuously and healthily growth, with fair and reasonable system for the protection, by working along many lines about employment, education and social security, the economic and social development achievements will gradually benefit all citizens. Labor force＇ s value is not only with its own labor in lines, but also consistent with the trend of social development.
