新生儿红斑狼疮与抗Ro/SSA和抗La/SSB抗体阳性2例

摘　　要：报告了 2例新生儿红斑狼疮。 1例出生后发现有心脏房室传导阻滞和室间隔缺损 ,脐血检测有抗Ro/SSA和抗U1RNP抗体 ,母亲为SLE患者。 1例出生后 1个月于面部、颈部及躯干上部出现环形红斑样皮疹 ,脐血检测有抗Ro/SSA和抗La/SSB抗体 ,母亲为SCLE患者。 2例患儿皮疹和心脏传导阻滞于生后 3个月内消退 ,自身抗体于生后 6个月内消退 ,随访 7年和 1 5年后均健康。Two cases of neonatal lupus erythematosus are reported One of the neonates born to mother with SLE developed congenital heart block and the ventricular septal defect, with anti Ro/SSA and anti U1RNP antibodies being found in the cord blood The other infant born to mother with SCLE developed erythema annulare on his face, neck and upper trunk one month after birth Anti Ro/SSA and anti La/SSB antibodies were found in the serum Both skin lesions and heart block of the two patients resolved spontaneously after three months and no detectable autoantibodies were found after 6 months Both children were in good health following a 7 and 1 5 year's follow up respectively The possible mechanism on the pathogenesis of neonatal lupus erythematosus is also discussed
