摘  要:目的分析镍钛记忆合金进行骨膜牵张成骨修复犬腭裂的成骨过程及规律。方法用健康杂种犬8只建立腭裂动物模型。2月后在裂隙缘一侧安置镍钛记忆合金牵张器进行骨膜牵张,牵张力为250±20g。分别于20、30、40和60 d取材,在取材前14 d与前3 d对家犬进行肌肉注射四环素(50 mg/kg),采用组织荧光化学法对实验侧及对照侧骨组织形成过程进行观察及评价,并进行骨组织计量学动态参数检测。结果不同牵张时期荧光亮度由弱变强,荧光双标记线间距逐渐变宽,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骨膜牵张成骨效果稳定,为腭裂修复提供了一种新思路。Objective To study the osteogenesis process and rules of cleft palate repaired by nitinol periosteal distraction osteogenesis through fluorescence histochemical analysis. Methods Eight dogs ranged from 12 - 14 months were used and treated with palate osteotomy to establish the artificial canine cleft palate model. Two months after , the nitinol periosteal distraction device was placed in the perios- teum of cleft palate edge to produce continuous traction force with 250 ~ 20 g of traction force. Twenty, 30, 40 and 60 days after treatment, animals were sacrificed and the specimens were collected, respec- tively. Additionally, animals were given intramuscular injection of tetracycline (50 mg/kg) 3 and 14 days before animals were sacrificed. The osteogenesis process was investigated by fluorescence histo- chemical analysis and the bone dynamic parameters were detected. Results The fluorescence intensity enhanced and the fluorescence double -labeling line spacing widened during different distraction peri- od. There was significant difference of average double - labeling line spacing in the periosteum of cleft palate edge 20, 30, 40 and 60 days after treatment. Conclusion Periosteal distraction ostegenesis had stable therapeutic effects and provided a new strategy for cleft palate repair.
