摘　　要：目的 观察新世纪康保治疗艾滋病病人的疗效。方法 用新世纪康保胶囊(含硒海藻多糖和甘草酸)治疗43例艾滋病病人6个月,用单克隆抗体试剂测定CD_4细胞数和CD_4/CD_8比值及观察8个主要症状变化作为指标。结果 21例免疫功能好转,显效率12％(5/43),总有效率67％(29/43)。结论 新世纪康保能有效地治疗艾滋病病人。Objective To observe the efficacy of New Century Kangbao (NCKB) in treatment of HIV/AIDS patients. Methods 43 HIV/AIDS patients had been treated for six months with NCKB capsules containing selenium algae polysac-charide and glycyrrhizic acid. Monoclonal antibody reagent was employed to determine the CD4 cell count and CD4/CDg ratio, and 8 principal symptoms were observed according to the criteria the group made. Results The immune function of 21 cases was improved, and the markedly effective rate of treating the HIV/AIDS patients by NCKB was 12 % (5/43). The total effective rate of NCKB treating them was 67% (29/43). Conclusion NCKB can effectively treat some of HIV/AIDS patients.
