足反射疗法对22例弦脉与平脉者桡动脉的血流影响观察

摘　　要：笔者应用彩色超声诊断仪——美国惠普850GP中的最先进的WIQ功能(彩色超声速度成像定量化)对22例弦脉与平脉者桡动脉血流进行了定量化的分析,结果证实了两点: 一、22例弦脉与平脉者桡动脉收缩期、舒张期的血流速度峰值及血管阻力指数经施行足反射疗法后均有明显改善。提示足反射疗法可显著促进桡动脉血流畅通,对治疗及预防疾病有积极的作用。 二、测出弦脉者桡动脉血流的收缩期最大峰值速度S,舒张期最大峰值速度D,血流的阻力指数RI及血容量VOL均明显高于平脉组,从而弥补了以往脉象学研究中缺乏的一种定量化的方法。The author made quantitative analysis on the blood flow of radial artery of 22 cases ofwiry pulse or normal pulse by using most updated technique of WIQ provided by a US-made HP 850GP color ultra-sonography and verified the following points; 1. There were remarkable changes in peak value of blood flow speed of radial arteryduring both systolic and diastolic phases, as well as vessel resistance index with 22 cases ofwiry or normal pulse after treating with reflexotherapy. This indicated that reflexotherapycould promote the blood flow of radial artery and could paly an active role in preventingand healing diseases.2. It could be measured that the peak value of blood flow speed of radial artery ofcases with wiry pulse during systolic phase (S) , and that during diastolic phase (D) , andthe vessel resistance index (RI), and the blood volume (VOL) were all markedly higherthan that of the cases with normal pulse. This provided a new method of quantitative studyin Chinese Traditional Sphygmology, which was lacking in the past.
