摘　　要：大学生处于身心健康发展的重要时期,大学时期也正是大学生接受教育、自我完善和走向社会化的一个重要阶段。本文分析了当前我国高校体育教学中存在的问题,并从体育教学的本质、目标、内容、方法以及评价系统等多个方面构建高效的教育创新体系进行了论述。College students are in an important period of physical and mental health,university is also an important stage for the college students to receive education,self-improvement and toward of socialization.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current college sports teaching,build efficient education innovation system and from the sports essence of teaching objectives,content,methods,as well as evaluating the system and many other aspects are discussed.
