摘　　要：终身教育涵盖了教育的一切,作为新的体育观念是随着终身教育的提出使终身体育教育成为有机组成部分。通过终身体育教育,自觉地进行自我锻炼、自我保健、自我调整。本文运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等,对郑州市高职高专学生的终身体育意识现状进行调查研究,找出制约学生体育运动的内外因素,使学生养成终身体育意识,进而形成终身运动习惯。Lifelong education covers education,as a new sports concept presented with lifelong education to become an integral part of lifelong physical education.Lifelong physical education,exercise self-consciously self-care,self-regulating.This paper the use of literature survey,mathematical statistics,sterile awareness of the status quo of Zhengzhou technical college students＇ lifelong research to identify the internal and external factors restricting students＇ sports,to enable students to develop lifelong sports consciousness,thus the formation of lifelong exercise habits.
