摘 要:目的开展预应力CFRP布加固负载混凝土梁力学性能的研究,为工程加固提供可靠的理论和实践依据.方法根据截面配筋率的不同设计制作了3组共计12根钢筋混凝土简支梁,每组有1根普通混凝土梁作为对比梁,其余3根均为负载后利用预应力CFRP布加固的试验梁.基于试验数据,开展了预应力CFRP布加固负载混凝土梁力学性能的研究.结果加固试验梁负载水平为正截面极限承载力的40%,持荷状态下采用预应力CFRP布对正截面加固、随后加载至破坏,完成了两点加载弯曲试验,获得12根梁的承载力、变形、裂缝分布状况等方面的试验数据.结论预应力CFRP布加固负载混凝土梁的受弯承载力明显提高,提高幅度与截面纵向钢筋配筋率和CFRP布初始拉应力有关;预应力CFRP布对混凝土梁弯曲裂缝的开展有明显抑制作用.In order to provide reliably theory and practice basis for engineering stengthening,we studied the flexure properties of loaded RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets.3 groups of RC beams,total of 12,have been designed according to reinforcement ratio,each group included an ordinary beam for comparison and three prestressed CFRP sheets reinforced beams.The load level of the reinforcement beams was 40% of the ultimate bearing capacity,the test beams were strengthened at the normal section with prestressed CFRP sheets under loading,and then imposed loads on them to their future,the test date such as the capacity,deformation and crack distribution were obtained from two-point loading test.On the basis of test data,the flexure properties of loaded RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets was studied.The bearing capacity of loaded RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets were improved effectively,and the increase of bearing capacity was influenced by reinforcement ratio;The prestressed CFRP sheets could effectively restrain the development of crack.
