摘  要:【目的】研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对断奶仔猪免疫功能的调节作用。【方法】将160头25日龄的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每重复10头。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2、3、4组分别饲喂基础日粮中添加质量分数0.1%,0.2%或0.3%EGB的试验日粮。试验期为28d,分别于第14和28天采集血样,测定断奶仔猪的免疫功能指标。【结果】与对照组相比,日粮中添加质量分数0.2%或0.3%EGB可显著提高断奶仔猪血液红细胞数、淋巴细胞数、血红蛋白质量浓度和淋巴细胞百分率(P<0.05),促进血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA和补体C3、C4的生成以及细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ的分泌(P<0.05)。【结论】日粮中添加质量分数0.2%或0.3%EGB可增强断奶仔猪的免疫功能。【Objective】 The experiment was conducted to investigate the modulatory effects of Ginkgo biloba extract(EGB) on improving the immune function of weaned piglets.【Method】 160 weaned crossbred piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Large Yorkshire) with age of 25 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 4 replicates and 10 piglets per replicate.The control group were fed with a basal diet while the other three groups were fed with the same basal diet but supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3% EGB,respectively.The experiment lasted 28 days.On the 14th and 28th day,blood samples were collected and used to represent immune function.【Result】 Compared to the control group,adding 0.2% EGB or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets significantly increased red blood cells,lymphocytes,the contents of hemoglobin and the ratios of lymphocyte.In weaned piglets fed with diets supplemented with 0.2% or 0.3% EGB,the production of serum IgG,IgM,IgA,complement C3 and C4,and the secretion of IL-2,and IFN-γ increased as well(P0.05).【Conclusion】 Adding 0.2% or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets could enhance their immune function.
