豆豉姜对脾虚模型小鼠的药理学研究

摘　　要：本实验运用大黄煎剂小鼠腹腔注射造成脾虚模型后 ,给予不同剂量的豆豉姜煎剂 ,观察其对脾虚小鼠体重、毛发、外观、脾指数及血液流变学方面的影响 ,结果显示 ,豆豉姜煎剂具健脾益气作用 。DouShiJiang has been widely used by many people in countryside of Fujian province.It was reported that DouShiJiang has a lot of biological activities,especialy in strengthening the function of the spleen of the body.This article shows that the decoction of DouShiJiang can increase the body weight and the index of the spleen of the pi deficiency mice.
