开放术式腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝296例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨使用善愈D10+加强平片局麻下行开放术式腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床价值。方法对我院2008年4月至2012年2月用国产善愈D10+加强平片于局麻下行开放术式腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术296例患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果平均手术时间(50±15)min,术中出血量(25±5)mL;术后并发症发生率为4.7%(14/296),其中术后血清肿4例,阴囊血肿4例,修补区暂时性神经感觉异常2例,异物感4例,术后未出现尿潴留、慢性及持续性神经性疼痛、补片感染和切口感染。术后平均住院时间(2±0.9)d。术后随访6～15个月,平均(8.2±3.4)个月,无其他不适及复发病例。结论应用善愈D10+加强平片局麻下行腹股沟疝无张力修补术安全可靠,创伤小,恢复快,费用低,术后疼痛轻,复发率低,操作简单,学习曲线短,适合在基层医院开展。Objective To discuss the clinical value of Mesh Shanyu D10＋ in tesion-free inguinal hernia hernioplasty with transabdominal preperitoneal approach.Method 296 patients used Mesh Shanyu D10＋ in tesion-free inguinal hernia hernioplasty with transabdominal preperitoneal approach was retrospectively analyzed.Result The average operation time wais（50±15） mins;the loss of blood was（25±5）mL;the post-operation complication rate was 4.7percent（14/296）,including 4 cases of wound hematoma,4 cases of scrotal hematoma,2 cases of short-term paraesthesia,4 cases of foreign body sensation.The complications such as uroschesisc,chronic pain,fester and infection of operative incision was not observed.The average hospital time was（2±0.9） days.The recurrence was not noted after close follow-up range from 6 to 15 months average（8.2±3.4）m.Conclusion Transabdominal preperitonea tesion-free inguinal hernia hernioplasty with Mesh Shanyu D10＋ is safe and feasible.it is suitable for smal hospital because of a virtue of smaller trauma,faster recovery,lower cost,less post-operation pain.relatively simpler operation and shorter learning period.
