围手术期护理对化学法上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术的疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对进行化学法上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)的患者实行手术前后的个体化护理对疗效的影响。方法对750例,共1500只眼接受LASEK手术患者采取个体化的健康教育及心理护理,观察患者术中的配合,术后的心理反应及疗效。结果手术前后的充分健康宣教,能使患者消除恐惧心理,术中配合好,医师满意度高,加强自我护理的能力,加快术后恢复,术后定期复诊,预防并发症的发生,所有患者的裸眼视力均达到术前最佳矫正视力0.6～1.5。结论良好的围手术期护理使患者减少心理应激反应,增强手术信心,能使患者术中更好的配合,掌握自我保健知识和技能,使LASEK治疗近视获得较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the influence of individualized perioperative nursing care on the effect of laser subepithelial keratomileusis（LASEK）.Methods 750 patients（1500 eyes）underwent LASEK were enrolled in our study,and all patients received individualized health education and psychological nursing care,then the cooperation of patients in the operations,the psychological reaction and the effect after the operations were observed.Results Enough health promotion education made patients eliminate fear,coordinate well with the doctor in the operations,made high satisfaction,strengthen the self-care,and accelerated the recover.Regulared return visit,prevented the occurrence of complications,the naked vision of all the patients reached the optimum corrected visual acuity of 0.6-1.5.Conclusion Good perioperative nursing care can make patients reduce the psychological stress reaction,strengthen the confidence of the operation,it can make patients cooperate well in the operation,master the skills of the individual health care,get good effect of the LASEK in the treatment of myopia.
