摘　　要：培训是图书馆培养人才的一种重要手段。高校图书馆必须加强对图书馆员的培训,使馆员的知识得到更新、补充和拓展,专业技术水平和创新能力不断提高,从而为高校教学科研提供优质高效服务,推动高校图书馆事业向前发展。Training is an important means of library personnel training. The university library must strengthen the training of li- brarians, so as to update, supplement and expand the knowledge of librarians, and continuously improve the level of technical ex- pertise and innovation ability, to provide quality and efficient services for university teaching and＇ research, and promote the cause of university library forward.
