摘  要:目的:比较双极等离子体电外科系统(ESSB)与单极电外科系统(ESSM)在前列腺大体标本体外切割实验中的前列腺组织汽化率。方法:本研究中良性前列腺增生症患者30例,年龄(75.4±5.5)岁,均接受耻骨上前列腺增生腺瘤剜除术,剜除腺瘤重(49.7±17.9)g。在剜除腺瘤上取2块各重5 g、边长约1.7 cm的立方小体组织标本,在体外空气中分别使用ESSB和ESSM用相同操作方法将立方小体切割成10小片,切割后的组织碎片分别称重并计算组织汽化率,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:ESSB组腺瘤组织体外切割后称重为(2.7±0.1)g,汽化率为(52.9±2.8)%;ESSM组腺瘤组织体外切割后称重为(2.7±0.1)g,汽化率为(54.0±2.6)%;两组间前列腺组织汽化率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ESSB与ESSM对前列腺腺瘤组织的汽化率无明显差异。To Compare the ratio of the resected prostate tissue evaporization between plasma kinetic electrosurgical system with bipolar( ESSB )and electrosurgical system with monopolar(ESSM) in vitro. Methods:There were 30 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in this study, who underwent suprapubic prostatectomy. The weight of the enucleated adenoma was (49.7±17.9 ) g. Two small cubes of the adenoma tissue, which weighed 5 g and volume was 1.7 cm3, were resected in 10 pieces respectively in vitro by ESSB or ESSM respectively. The pieces of resected small cubes were weighed respectively. Then the ratio of resected prostatic tissue evaporization by ESSB or ESSM were calculated and compared respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: In group ESSB, the weight of the pieces was (2.7±0. 1) g, the ratio of resected prostatic tissue evaporization was(52.9±2.8) %. In group ESSM, the weight of the pieces was (2.7 ±0.1 ) g, the ratio of resected prostatic tissue evaporization was (54.0±2.6 )%. There were no significant differences between them (P 〉 O. 05). Conclusion : The ratio of the resected prostate tissue evaporization between ESSB and ESSM in vitro has no obviously differences.
