摘　　要：目的:探讨应用HoffmannⅡ外固定支架治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度开放性跟骨骨折的方法及其疗效。方法:对17例Ⅱ、Ⅲ度开放性跟骨骨折患者应用HoffmannⅡ外固定支架+有限内固定治疗。结果:术后随访6～22个月,平均11.4个月,骨折均能维持良好复位,无切口或伤口愈合不良。术后6个月Maryland足功能评价优11例,良4例,可2例,优良率达88.2%。结论:HoffmannⅡ外固定支架治疗跟骨Ⅱ、Ⅲ度开放性骨折方法简便,对开放性、感染性创面的处理有明显优势;骨折块固定可靠;有利于关节面骨折的复位及软组织损伤的修复,因此足功能恢复好。To analyze the treatment and the therapeutic effect to Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree open calcaneal fractures by the Hoffmann Ⅱ external fixation. Methods： Seventeen patients with Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree open caleaneal fractures were treated by the Hoffmann Ⅱ external fixation plus limited internal fixation. Results： During a period of 6 to 22 months＇（ mean 11.4 month） follow up, the fractures remained good reduction, without any poor healing of incision or wound. According to Maryland foot function criteria, 11of 17 was excellent, 4 good, 2 satisfactory 6 months after the operation. Excellent and good rate was 88.2%. Conclusions： The treatment to Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree open calcaneal fractures by the Hoffmann Ⅱ external fixation is convenient, especially for open fracture and infective wound. The stable fracture fragments are beneficial to the reduction of articular surface fractures and the recovery of soft tissue damage. So the recovery of foot function is satisfied.
