摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法对 16个不同产地的川牛膝中所含的杯苋甾酮进行了含量测定。色谱柱为 HypersilODS柱 ,流动相 :乙腈 -水 (1∶ 4.9) ,流速 :0 .9m L/ min,检测波长 :2 43nm,线性范围 1.91～ 38.2 8μg,r=0 .9999,平均回收率 93.1% (n=6 )。本法简便、快速、灵敏 。A RP HPLC method for the separation and determination of cyasterone in the root of Cyathula officinalis Kuan was described The column was 200 mm×4 6 mm ID, packed with Hypersil ODS (5 μm) The determination was carried out with CH 3CN H 2O (1∶4 9) as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 0 9 mL/min and detected at 243 nm The relative standard deviation of the method was 1 9% The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of (1 91～38 28) μg, r=0 999 9 The mean recovery was 93 1% The method was shown to be simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and could be used for the analysis of C officinalis from different sources
