藏药三普红景天胶囊对高原红细胞增多症红细胞变形能力和氧自由基代谢影响的研究

摘　　要：采用三普红景天胶囊对 12 9例高原红细胞增多症进行了红细胞滤过指数和氧自由基代谢指标治疗前后的观察。结果表明 ,三普红景天胶囊具有降低红细胞滤过指数和脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛及升高机体防御酶红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用。提示三普红景天胶囊具有升高机体防御酶 。cases of high altitude polycythemia were treated with the traditional Tibetan medicine Sanpu Hongjingtian (Rhodiola sp) capsules (SRC), to assess its effects on erythrocyte deformability, activities of red blood cell superoxide dismutase (RBC SOD) and plasma contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) The results showed that erythrocyte filtration index (EFI) and plasma contents of MDA were lowered and the activities of RBC SOD were significantly increased after SRC treatment (P<0 01), as compared with the controls It may be concluded that SRC is effective in raising the activities of antioxidase, improving erythrocyte deformability and decreasing the lipid preoxidation reaction
