摘　　要：目的　寻找颅内动脉CT血管造影 (CAT)技术中延迟时间设定的新方法。方法　记录按T =13× 6 0 /F +Tm 计算延迟时间检查成功的 30例受检者的小剂量实验峰值 ;按T =13× 6 0 /F +T12 0 延迟时间检查 2 0例 ;经统计学处理 ,得出95 %的可信限。比较两种检查方法所获得的颅内动脉MIP图像优良率。结果　导出新公式为 :T =13× 6 0 /F +T12 0 。按原公式计算延迟时间获得的颅内动脉MIP图像优良率为 33 .3 % (10 /30 ) ,新公式计算延迟时间获得的颅内动脉MIP显示优良率为 6 5 % (13/2 0 )。结论　新公式可适合计算不同个体的延迟时间 ,既保证检查成功 ,又提高了图像质量。Objective To find a new method to install the delaytime which is important for the angiography of the cerebral blood vessal with CT.Method The delaytime according to the formula:T=13×60/F+T m,and the peak value of the little dose test of 30 successful cases were recorded.95% reliability was achieved by statistics.And the success rate between the two method was compared.Results We conclude the formula:T=13×60/F+T 120 .According to the old formula the success rate is 33.3%, and it is 65% with the new formular.Conclusions This formula is fit for everybody to calculate the delaytime.It can either insure the success of examination,or improve the image's quality.It's simple and available.
