摘　　要：传统的地理信息系统已经无法满足现代安保工作的需求,3维安保地理信息系统作用日益凸显。说明了系统建设目标、体系结构、技术路线,详述了系统建设,包括数据设计、功能设计与开发和关键技术,实现了亚运3维安保地理信息系统研发。满足了警务安保业务需求,在亚运安保中得以实际应用,为同类系统的研发提供有益借鉴。Traditional geographic information systems has been unable to meet the needs of modern security work,however the importance of three-dimensional（3D） security geographic information systems（GIS） becomes increasingly prominent.This paper describes the goal of system construction,architecture,technical route,and specifies the system construction,including data design,functional design and development,and key technologies,finally we developed the Asian Games＇ security three dimensional geographic information system（3DGIS）.The system not only meets the needs of police security business,but also has shown practical application in the Asian Games＇ security.This system could also be considered as a helpful reference for developing similar systems.
