摘 要:目的探讨成组上颌切牙在5种角度载荷下的应力分布情况。方法通过对离体成组上颌切牙进行显微CT扫描,使用mimics 10.01软件建立三维有限元模型,实验模型分为3组:A组为左上颌中切牙;B组为双侧上颌中切牙;C组为双侧上颌中切牙及侧切牙。对每组牙施加5种角度的载荷,分别与牙长轴成0°、5°、10°、15°、20°夹角,用Ansys Workbench 11.0软件进行应力分析。结果 3组模型载荷方向与牙长轴交角为0°时,最大Von Mises应力值均集中于牙冠载荷作用点附近,牙颈部、根中部应力水平较低,主要表现为压应力;加载方向倾斜时,3组模型随着载荷方向与牙长轴形成角度的增大,应力峰值逐渐增强,最大应力均集中于牙颈部骨皮质区,之后以此为中心向周围扩散;模型唇侧应力集中明显高于舌侧。结论牙及其支持组织的应力与载荷力和牙长轴交角大小成正相关关系;成组上颌切牙在受5种角度载荷时,应力分布规律与单颗牙相似。Objective To analyze the stress distribution of the groups of maxillary incisor with 5 different angles of loadings.Methods Micro-CT technique combined with mimics10.01 software were used to construct three dimensional finite element models of the maxillary incisor.The models were divided into 3 groups: group A for the left maxillary central incisor;group B for the left and right maxillary central incisor;and group C for the left and right maxillary central and lateral incisor.The stress of models with different angles of loadings which were angulated with the long axis of tooth 0°,5°,10°,15°,20°were calculated and analyzed using Analyses Workbench 11.0 software.Results The maximum Von Mises stress concentration of each model was observed at buccal cervical regions,and the peaks of stress increased as the loading angles increased.Conclusion The stress of the teeth and their support tissues is positively related to the angles between the load and the axis of teeth.The stress distribution regularity of groups of the maxillary anterior teeth is similar to the single.
