摘　　要：目的：探讨伊里扎诺夫支架治疗不稳定性胫骨干骨折８９例疗效。方法：根据骨折类型术前装配支架。跟骨牵引下闭合复位，必要时小切口切开复位，用直径 １．５ ｍｍ带有阻挡子的克氏针拉紧固定骨折。术后第７天负重及关节功能锻练。结果：按Ｈａｒｒｙ氏法评价，８９例中，优５８例；良２４例；可７例；骨折愈合时间平均１２周。结论：伊里扎诺夫支架是治疗股骨干骨折的好方法。Objective: To report the results of treating unstable tibial fractures 89 cases. Methods: Preassembly of the frame according to the classification of fractures, fracture reduction was made by the skeletal traction calcareous or by open reduction through a small incision. The 1. 5 mm wires with stopper were available and put in tension compressed the interfragmentary fragment. Mobilization on the seventh postoperative day by weightbear in walking exercises. Results: The treatment outcome was assessed according to Harry standard, 58 excellent, 24 good, 7 fair, and zero poor. The average time to union was 12 weeks. Conclusion: The Ilizarov frame is one of the most useful procedures for unstable tibial fractures treatment.
