摘  要:本文采用铜模铸造方法制备出的Mg-Zn-Y合金,对所制试样进行两种不同工艺的热处理,并研究热处理对该合金的微观组织和显微硬度的影响。研究发现T6(420℃×24h+150℃)态和高温退火(550℃×2h)态的合金晶粒中分散着一些小的颗粒相,T6态的絮状组织发生分离、显微硬度降低,而高温退火态合金的显微硬度却有一定程度的升高。Mg-Zn-Y alloys have been prepared by copper mold casting method. Two kinds of heat treatment have been carried out subsequently. The effects of heat treatments on microstructure and micro-hardness of the specimens have been investigated. The results showed that an array of particles dispersed in the specimens after T6 (420℃×24h+150℃) and high heat anneal heat treatment. Meanwhile, cotton-shaped structures separated into two kinds of microstructures. The micro-hardness of the alloy decreased after T6 treatment. It had also a few particles in the microstructure after high temperature annealing (550℃×2h). The micro-hardness of the specimen increased after the high temperature annealing.
